When you think of a hard ticket to get in the NFL, you think of the Green Bay Packers. It’s easier for “Genuine Nerd” Toby Radloff to win the starting quarterback job with the Cleveland Browns than it is for the average person to lock down a ticket to Lambeau field, but the current sinkhole of suck that the Packers are in has reversed the situation.

As FOX 11 in Wisconsin pointed out, rather than having it be hard find a Packers ticket this week, those who already have them are finding it difficult to get rid of them.

Green Bay welcomes in the Atlanta Falcons this weekend to Lambeau Field and any other year this is a flex-worthy game for Sunday Night Football. Well, every other year except this year as the Falcons went from Super Bowl favorites to fighting for the first pick in the draft and the Packers playoff hopes are as broken as Aaron Rodgers’ collarbone.

Things are so bad in the frozen tundra of Green Bay that FOX 11 was able to find a fan selling his Packers ticket with the face value of $97 for the heavily discounted price of $30 — and he still can’t move it. Things are just as bad for the Falcons who reportedly returned nearly 500 tickets the Packers had set aside for them, which Green bay has to now sell on TicketMaster.

Despite no one wanting to go to the game, we are still likely to be subjected to the drunken Packers fan in the front row wearing nothing but a thong — and from the sounds of it, he’s going to be painfully visible.
