At this point in the season, all the Atlanta Falcons are playing for is pride. Next year will be a new season and a chance at redemption, but for now, what’s left in 2013 is just playing for some respect.
Tonight, they have a great chance in getting that accomplished as they traveled to the west coast to take on the San Francisco 49ers in the final regular season game in Candlestick Park.
In the second quarter, down 3-0, the Falcons made a huge statement by scoring on their first drive of the period, and that was set up by none other than Matty Ice himself.

That play would set up an eventual touchdown run by Steven Jackson that would put Atlanta ahead in the final Monday night game of the year.
