The San Francisco 49ers are off to a hot start in the NFC Championship game, but they suffered a big loss along their offensive line that could hurt the team’s offense moving forward.

During a touchdown run by Marcus Dixon in the first half, offensive guard Mike Iupati got rolled up on by the pile and had his ankle awkwardly twisted under him. He stayed on the turf and was taken to the locker room for further evaluation.

There is no official word on the extent of Iupati’s injury, but the team has officially ruled him as questionable to return.
