On Tuesday morning, news surfaced that Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White had been arrested for a failure to appear in court warrant. White had neglected a ticket he received for illegally tinted windows and served his brief time in the morning.

As you would expect, the Falcons issued a statement on the arrest because someone asked them their take.

They simply said, “We are aware of the incident involving Roddy White. We anticipate this will be resolved shortly and we will have no further comment at this time.”

White’s legal issues are very minor, so we wouldn’t expect to see much, if any punishment.

Next time White will have to make sure he appears in court in order to avoid going behind bars and getting cuffed for such a silly crime.
