Chris Davis delivered the play of the year in college football last year and perhaps one of the best plays in the history of college football when he raced more than 100 yards to score a touchdown after Alabama lined up for a game-winning field goal in last year’s game vs. Auburn, but after the Tide missed the kick, history was made and the Tigers ended up in the BCS Championship Game.

The play referred to now and forever as the “Kick Six” has been commemorated with posters, T-shirts, memorabilia and endless hours of trash talk (got a second?) amusement for Auburn fans who hold bragging rights in the Iron Bowl rivalry, which is one of the best rivalries in all of sport, and is now being commemorated on one groom’s cake.

The Iron Bowl is the greatest rivalry in the SEC and this groom’s cake is indicative of the lengths fans will go to show their support and loyalty for their college football team.

If you’re wondering, yes they did eat the cake as Billy Gilley posted this followup picture to his twitter account.
