Tiago Splitter takes elbow finishes with flop (GIF)

This game has been incredibly physical and Lebron James clearly loses his cool by shoving Splitter, who by the way was performing and awesome moving screen. It’s impeccably poor form. Fouls all around! It’s just ironic that Splitter performed a beautiful freshly caught 7-foot sea bass flop on Lebron, king of the flops. Lebron is probably the reason the NBA changed the rules on flopping. King of the ocean! But Splitter kind of looks like a Heat player here. And they should consider this when and if he becomes available in free agency.

Remember #Flopfest2012? Lebron James threw his hands in the air like he just don’t care and won that series by flopping his way to the finish. Of course, he could have won that series on talent alone, but talent? Meh.

Despite a poor performance in the flopping department, Splitter has put up 14 points, four rebounds and two blocks. He is also shooting 4-for-5 from the field and 4-for-5 from the line. Add Splitter’s flop to his stat line. He may finish with that stat line as he will see limited minutes in the 4th. Lebron will likely have the last say.
