The Timberwolves have already made Flip Saunders their head head coach and kicked off their offseason personnel-wise by selecting former UCLA Bruins’ guard Zach LaVine with the 13th-overall selection in the first round of Thursday night’s draft.
Now, they will shift their focus to free agency, which is set to kick off on July 1.
According to Darren Wolfson of 5 Eyewitness News and ESPN AM 1500, the Timberwolves are eyeing Golden State Warriors’ point guard Steve Blake and Brooklyn Nets’ point guard Shaun Livingston, but probably won’t be pursuing Indiana Pacers’ guard Evan Turner.

Wolfson also points out that Blake’s name has come in a potential sign-and-trade for Blake.
For those asking, yes, Blake's name has come up in Love talks w/ Warriors. S&T in the package w/ Klay & Lee. 1 of many scenarios. #twolves
