Although all of the talk surrounding the Minnesota Timberwolves revolves around the future of power forward Kevin Love, the Timberwolves have plenty of other business to attend to.

More from Minnesota Timberwolves

The Timberwolves have already made Flip Saunders their head head coach and kicked off their offseason personnel-wise by selecting former UCLA Bruins’ guard Zach LaVine with the 13th-overall selection in the first round of Thursday night’s draft.

Now, they will shift their focus to free agency, which is set to kick off on July 1.

According to Darren Wolfson of 5 Eyewitness News and ESPN AM 1500, the Timberwolves are eyeing Golden State Warriors’ point guard Steve Blake and Brooklyn Nets’ point guard Shaun Livingston, but probably won’t be pursuing Indiana Pacers’ guard Evan Turner.

Wolfson also points out that Blake’s name has come in a potential sign-and-trade for Blake.

Blake averaged 6.9 points, 5.6 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 1.0 steals per game while shooting 37.7% from the field, 37.6% from beyond the arc and 76.7% from the charity stripe for the Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers last year while Livingston put up 8.3 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists while shooting 48.3% from the floor, 16.7% from three and 82.7% from the free throw line last season.
