Several teams around the NBA are about to begin their courtship of the game’s best player, Miami Heat forward LeBron James.

More from LeBron James

Most believe that James is going to return to the Heat, but obviously every team in the league would love to land James. If he doesn’t stick with the Heat, a return to the Cleveland Cavaliers has been speculated. There have also been reports the Clippers would trade nearly anyone to get their hands on James so that he could play with friend Chris Paul. Joining the Chicago Bulls to team up with center Joakim Noah and point guard Derrick Rose and the Houston Rockets to play with their two stars, center Dwight Howard and guard James Harden, has also been discussed. James also may opt to find a place that could potentially bring in both James and New York Knicks’ free agent Carmelo Anthony. The Atlanta Hawks and Los Angeles Lakers have been discussed in that regard.

The Phoenix Suns have also been brought up as a possibility and James’ friend, Suns’ guard Eric Bledsoe, who is currently a restricted free agent, will likely remain with the Suns.

However, Sam Amick of The USA Today believes James’ reported interested in joining the Suns may be an attempt to get Bledsoe a bigger deal since the two share the same agent.

James averaged 27.1 points, 6.9 rebounds, 6.4 assists and 1.6 steals per game while shooting 56.7% from the field, 37.9% from three and 75.0% from the charity stripe this season. Bledsoe averaged 17.7 points, 5.5 assists, 4.7 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game while shooting 47.7% from the field, 35.7% from beyond the arc and 77.2% from the free throw line.
