Buffalo Bills defensive lineman Marcell Dareus failed his physical at the start of training camp.
It was just the latest black mark on what was an up and down offseason for the former top five pick.
For a guy who was arrested for street-racing and synthetic marijuana throughout the offseason, failing the test was just another red flag about how serious he has been about his preparation for the upcoming season.
Luckily, he came around and can now work on helping the Bills as much as possible on the field.
According to Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports, Dareus has passed his conditioning test:
Per the NFL transaction wire, Marcell Dareus and Alan Branch have passed their physicals and are now back on the active roster.

The Bills need Dareus to get it together, because he is one of the most talented young defenders in the league when he is in top form.
For a team that will already be without rising star linebacker Kiko Alonso, they need all of the help they can get on the defensive side of the ball.
