The Buffalo Bills are on the market and earlier today Donald Trump placed a bid for the team and former rocker Jon Bon Jovi and his Toronto based ownership group is also likely in the mix. That has left many fans of the Bills uneasy about the future of their football team. Considering the fact that the Bills have played several home games in Toronto over the last several seasons only heightens the fear of the fans that they may indeed lose this team to the Canadiens.

More from Buffalo Bills

One fan and former player as it is, is none to thrilled about the possibility. Speaking to New York Magazine, Andre Reed threw his opinion of cold water, or rather Niagara Falls water, on the subject.

"“Man, f— Bon Jovi!” Reed said. “You might as well just take this city, throw it in the river, and let it go down Niagara Falls.”"

Reed isn’t the only one who is worried about seeing his Bills dart across the border an entire fan coalition has been formed to spread the word for support of keeping the Bills in Buffalo. The Buffalo Bills Fan Alliance has started a website in the hopes of getting other NFL fans on board to support keeping the team where it is. In fact, the original comments made by Reed were part of an interview with the Buffalo Bills Fan Alliance.

"“Now, I ain’t gonna lie to you,” Reed said. “One year I went up to Toronto, and man, I had a good-ass time up there.”“Off the record,” Matt Sabuda of the Alliance said.“Off the record — I had a great time,” Reed said."

I think it’s safe to say that many fans might have a lot harsher words for the Bon Jovi and his Toronto investors.
