By Jack Crosby
You can definitely tell that the college football season is right around the corner, and the realization that the beginning is almost here really began to set in on Tuesday night with the announcement that ESPN College GameDay will open down in Dallas for the meeting between the defending national champion Florida State Seminoles and Oklahoma State Cowboys.
Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard and Chris Fowler will be on site at JerryWorld on August 30 for one of the most anticipated games of the opening weekend between the two teams involved.

After winning their first national championship since the 1999 season last year, returning Heisman winner Jameis Winston, head coach Jimbo Fisher and the rest of the Seminoles will be looking to prove a major point to start the season against one of the more consistent teams in the Big 12 Conference as of late in Oklahoma State.
Although, with some talented players having departed, this Oklahoma State team will have a lot of questions of their own to answer as they open up against the team that some consider to be the absolute best in the country.
But to get things kicked off on that Saturday, and the regular season, the guys from College GameDay will be there from start to finish.
