The Cleveland Browns have almost become synonymous with struggling on the professional football landscape. Year after year they come up short, and have never won a Super Bowl.

More from Cleveland Browns

Every now and then some players come in and it breathes some new life into the team and their fan base and fans can be optimistic once again. This season it is the arrival of polarizing and thrilling-to-watch Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel. He isn’t guaranteed to start however, but the Browns were also able to add talent at other positions, like Ben Tate at running back via free agency.

So instead of the famous “quarterback jersey,” one fan got a little bit more optimistic for the 2014 season.

The number is ’14’ for the season, and the name reads maybe this year. It is a slight change of the famous “there’s always next year” or “maybe next year” line. Though I think shooting for a change in just one season with a rookie quarterback an a new head coach might be a little overly optimistic.
