The Atlanta Falcons are preparing for the 2014 NFL regular season that begins in just a few short weeks. The team hopes to return to its elite status and move on from last year’s deplorable 4-12 season marred by injuries.

More from Atlanta Falcons

The team is currently the subject on HBO’s hit series “Hard Knocks”. The show profiles the Falcons’ practices, preseason games, and off the field activities that give fans an inside look into an NFL team and it’s players like never before.

In a recently released clip, Pro Bowl wide receivers Julio Jones and Roddy White join teammate Harry Douglas for a relaxing night at the bowling alley. As for Douglas, he insists that bowling with the balls available at the alley is the way to go.

Watch the entire scene unfold in the video below:

Well it looks like Douglas’ plan to use the house balls worked just fine as he was able to get a beautiful strike. To watch the rest of the clip and see who won the game, you will have to catch the full Hard Knocks episode tonight on HBO.
