Andrew Luck is the cog that keeps the Indianapolis Colts offense moving, but the team has plenty of young talent around him.

Receivers Reggie Wayne, T.Y. Hilton and Hakeem Nicks, along with tight ends Coby Fleener and Dwayne Allen will be used in multiple sets that will spread out the defense, according to the Indianapolis Star.

General Manager Ryan Grigson described the target distribution as “week-to-week.”

"“All I know is we’re deeper than we’ve ever been and we’ve got a lot of talent at that position,” Coach Chuck Pagano said. “So, I feel really good. I know who it is in my mind, but I won’t tell you that.”"

The Colts added Nicks from the New York Giants this offseason, giving the team three wide outs with No. 1 experience (since Hilton was the top dog after Wayne was injured last season).

Wayne is one of the best players in Colts history but is nearing the end of his career. However, his hands and route running ability are not in doubt.

Hilton provides blazing speed and Nicks is a big, physical receiver. The target could very well change week to week depending on the opposing defensive secondary.

In real life, this keeps Indianapolis from being one dimensional and will help Luck continue to develop into one the NFL’s top quarterbacks.

As for fantasy football purposes, this likely means pushing any Colts wideout down the draft board.
