Apple iPhone 6 event rumors: the iWatch is coming
While everyone in the world knows that Apple is set to unveil the iPhone 6 tomorrow at their special event in California, there is more to the highly anticipated event than just the phone. For Apple, tomorrow will mark the entry into a new category as well. The expectation is that the iWatch will finally be unveiled.

Unlike the iPhone 6, Apple has done an incredibly job of keeping details surrounding the iWatch largely under wraps. No mock ups have hit the market, and very few details have surfaced.
It is expected that the iPhone will go one sale September 19, the Friday a week following the event. However, for the iWatch, the expectation is that the device will simply be brought into the picture, rather than to be offered immediately at retail. This could explain the reason Apple has been able to keep such a strong hold on the information surrounding the device.
The reasoning behind unveiling the iWatch without offering it for sale until a couple of months down the road could be two-fold.
First off, the iWatch works alongside the iPhone, so making them publicly known at the same time seems like a good practice. Secondly, the fact that tomorrow is being billed as a special event, allows Apple to show off and truly showcase their new product line.
With the iWatch, there is very few things that can be confirmed as concrete information at this point. With that being said, clarity should come full circle tomorrow, and consumers will be able to start their decision-making process when it comes to Apple’s first wearable.
