Wondering if there’s a new episode of Superstore airing on NBC tonight, Dec. 19? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

There has been a lot of confusion as to whether or not NBC will be airing a brand new episode of the fifth season of Superstore tonight. Luckily fans won’t have to go on strike or boycott Cloud 9 to find the answer.

The last episode was a hilarious roller coaster ride of emotions as the employees of Cloud 9 had brought their fight for a Union to corporate with some intense and funny negotiations. Jonah and Sandra were on the front lines, and after what seemed like a desperate failure, surprisingly, the gang got all of their demands.

The celebration was somewhat short-lived when Amy discovered that the only reason corporate caved was that they were bought out by a big tech company. This means they no longer need to agree to the union agreement, and everyone is back where they started.

Amy saw her colleague’s excitement for their win and didn’t have the heart to tell the awful truth. They will find out eventually, and when they do, it will be interesting to see how things play out.
After such a heart-wrenching episode of Superstore, anticipation is at an all-time high to see what happens next at Cloud 9. This has led fans to wonder when will they get another installment of their favorite NBC series.

For those that were hoping to get another hilariously heart-warming chapter tonight, the news about to be revealed is, to say the least, not great. There will not be a new episode of the NBC series this week. The last iteration viewers watched served as Superstore’s winter finale.

Fans of the hit NBC comedy series worried that this hiatus would become a prolonged affair, there is more bad news coming your way. Amy, Jonah, Mateo, and all your favorite Cloud 9 employees will be back in the next episode of Superstore, which won’t air until Jan. 9, 2020 when the show returns from its winter hiatus.
