Johnny Manziel Game-Worn Sideline Jersey Selling For Over $6k
By Josh Hill
Johnny Manziel hasn’t played much this season, but if you want a market value on a game-used jersey just look at how much an unused sideline jersey is going for.
When Johnny Manziel entered the game on Sunday afternoon against the Buffalo Bills, the football world went crazy. That’s nothing new though, as fans in both Cleveland and around the NFL have been hyped up for the debut of Johnny Football’s pro football career.

Proof of this can be seen in the absolutely outrageous price being charged for a game-worn jersey by Johnny Manziel. Major emphasis on ‘game-worn’, as it’s a jersey that Manziel simply put on to sit on the bench and watch.
According to ESPN, the jersey is currently going for $6,200 which means anyone buying it is either rich, a fool or a rich fool — or Drake.
This highlights the reason why so many people hate Johnny Manziel. It’s not that they hate him as a person — although that’s not hard either — it’s just people hate the idea of him. Here’s a guy who has played no more than 15 regular season snaps, and his jersey he didn’t even wear in actual game action is selling for more than a used car.
It’s a ludicrous amount of money, but it’s also Johnny Manziel which means someone is going to pay for it and then realize their mistake after the check clears.
