Keyshawn Johnson, LenDale White bash USC after Utah loss
By John Buhler
Former USC Trojans Keyshawn Johnson and LenDale White let out their frustrations on Twitter after USC’s loss to the Utah Utes on Friday night.
Things are not going over very well with the USC Trojans football team. USC enters Week 5 of the 2016 college football season with a 1-3 record. The Trojans’ only win on the year has come against the Utah State Aggies in Week 2, 45-7.
USC is a blue-blood program but has looked dreadful against all three Power 5 teams the Trojans have faced this year. The Trojans were humiliated in Week 1 to the Alabama Crimson Tide, 52-6. They lost in Week 3 to their Pac-12 rival Stanford Cardinal, 27-10. In Week 4, the Trojans spiraled out of control in the second half to their Pac-12 South rival Utah Utes, 31-27 in Salt Lake City.
Head coach Clay Helton is on the hot seat. USC athletic director Lynn Swann didn’t hire him and now former Trojan stars like wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson and running back LenDale White are losing their minds over the state of their alma mater’s football program.

Here’s how Johnson handled the Trojans’ most recent loss on Friday night in Salt Lake City:
White wasn’t really cool with the Trojans’ performance on Friday night either.
When you’ve got former Trojans stars tweeted out Crying Jordans and retweeting star player Adoree Jackson’s ‘pray for me’ tweets, it’s undeniable that trouble is brewing at USC.

It’s rare to see college stars of Johnson and White’s caliber be so publicly distraught by the state of their alma mater’s football program. If former players are losing faith in Helton, his time in Los Angeles has to be coming to an end here soon.
