Daughter of Hulk Hogan, Brooke Hogan, fired from TNA Wrestling

First off, I’m ashamed you even know who Brooke Hogan is or listen to her music. Wait, crap, nobody said anything about her music? Uh, I mean, she makes music? Huh – that’s news to me. I mean, a friend told me. I mean, uh – hey – look over there!

Music or not, the daughter of Hulk Hogan will apparently be hitting the unemployment lines soon as she’s reportedly been fired from TNA Wrestling. While no reason was given, TNA has been undergoing massive budget cuts lately and I’m sure Hogan was receiving a relatively nice chunk of change, so cutting her from the action should save the company a few dollars here and there.

"As we reported on Friday, Brooke Hogan has officially been released from TNA iMPACT! Wrestling. The feeling within the company was that her role as an on-air talent had pretty much run its’ course. As we noted, the split appeared to be amicable, as both sides seemed to agree that it was time to part ways.According to one report, Brooke’s father and TNA executive Hulk Hogan was brought in on the discussions regarding the Brooke Hogan release, and appeared to agree that it was the right thing for business."

On the plus side, it sounds like Hogan’s going to be hitting the studio again! Get excited!

"As far as Brooke’s future is concerned, she is said to be focusing more on non-wrestling projects at this point in time. Apparently the door is open for her to return to TNA at some point down the line, as long as it makes sense for all parties involved."
