If you can’t wait to get a better look at what will be the San Francisco 49ers new stadium, you can do so by playing the Niners in the franchise mode on Madden 25. We documented that here as the game (in a very cool addition) moves your 49ers franchise into the new Levi’s Stadium come year two of your virtual ownership.

But, if you don’t have Madden or don’t feel like taking the time to do that, we have you covered.

Recently, the 49ers released somewhat new updated renderings of the most technologically advanced building in sports (their words, not mine) and despite them being nothing more than computer generations, it’s hard not to be excited about the advancements included in the structure. There will be a team app that will find you the shortest beer and restroom lines, in addition to far more.

The 68,000 (expandable up to 75,000) seat Levi’s Stadium is set to open in July of 2014 and is estimated to have cost about $1.2 billion dollars to build.

In addition to football, the stadium is expected to host concerts as well as international soccer tournaments and more.

You can even watch the construction of the stadium live, by clicking here.
