The Carolina Panthers and Seattle Seahawks arenāt even into the third quarter, yet, tempers are already flaring.
They flared a bit too much for Carolina Panthers defender Frank Alexander, who was ejected for punching a member of the Seattle Seahawksā offensive line.
Even worse for Alexander and the Panthers? He did it after they had just sacked Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.
As we speak, the Panthers are beating the Seahawks 7-3. Weāll see if the ejection comes back to haunt the Panthers, who earlier this morning were selected alongside the Kansas City Chiefs to make the Super Bowl by a UK NFL āanalystā.
Pretty good day for Carolina, sans the ejection, eh? lol
Alexanderās ejection is the first this season though will not be their only fine. Multiple players will be hearing from the league this week after a handful of dirty hits and helmet to helmet hits have taken place. That said, Alexander, considering his offense, will probably be given one of the larger fines from the league.
If youāre going to get ejected, make it worthwhile.
