No one could have imagined that the New York Giants would be in a position to land one of the top prospects in the draft, but the stars perfectly aligned.

New York once had one of the most dominating front sevens in the game, but they have taken a few steps back in recent years and the defense is a shell of it’s former self. From the secondary to the defensive line, the Giants  defense is just abysmal.

One way to sure up both areas would be to bring in Clowney and start him opposite Jason Pierre-Paul.

That gives the Giants a dynamic duo at defensive end and offenses would have to pick their poison. No matter what direction you are going, you are running in to a brick wall. The improved pass rush would also help out the secondary, so it is a win-win.
