The Atlanta Falcons season is in the books, which means veteran tight end and future Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez will spend the final few weeks of his career playing for pride. Of course, Gonzalez may not even be able to take the field for all of the team’s remaining games, as he is listed questionable for Atlanta’s Week 13 meeting with the Buffalo Bills.
Gonzalez has been able to practice every day this week on a limited basis, so it is looking like he will be able to play on Sunday.
Here is the practice report from Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com:
It is the same injury that slowed Gonzalez down just one week ago before he ultimately suited up for the Falcons Week 12 game, so all signs point towards him being healthy enough to take the field this weekend.
