Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Greg Schiano gave rookie quarterback Mike Glennon some praise earlier this week. Glennon has helped turn the Bucs season around and has led them to three straight wins, beating the Carolina Panthers won’t be easy however. Schiano went as far as to say that Glennon is the kind of guy you’d have for a long time.
“I think this is a guy that certainly, as long as he continues on this trajectory, is a guy you’d love to have as a quarterback for a long time,” Schiano said Monday, via the Tampa Bay Times.
The pressure might be getting to Glennon who made a rookie mistake on Sunday. He threw the football, but forgot to actually throw the football. Instead his arm flies forward while the football just kinda hovers there. It was ruled a sack and a fumble.
