The Arizona Cardinals and Philadelphia Eagles are having some fun on special teams in Week 13. As Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson was back deep to return a punt, he misjudged the ball and all hell broke losse.
The Cardinals and Eagles scrambled for the ball, but no one was able to get a firm grip on the loose fumble.
Philadelphia eventually recovered, but their joy was short lived.
The play was eventually reviewed and overturned, as the Cardinals were awarded the ball. It was exactly the break that the Cardinals needed in the second quarter for a chance to even up the game before the half.
