The Dallas Cowboys got a big come-from-behind win over the Washington Redskins on Sunday and kept their NFC East title and playoff hopes alive. You’ve never seen a fan base for a team that has been leading their division for most of the season get more excited about beating a 3-11 team by one point than Cowboys fans were last night.
On a MARTA train in Atlanta on Sunday night, a Cowboys fan was talking trash to an Atlanta Falcons fan.
First of all, picking on a Falcons fan is easy given they’re struggling season. Second, referencing five Super Bowl wins, the last of which came nearly 20 years ago, is such a typical Cowboys fan rebuttal. Third, I think this Cowboys fan is the instigator for most of this.
The Falcons fan unfortunately wasn’t witty or smart enough to point out what an idiot this guy was. He was talking trash after beating a 3-11 team, and only having won one playoff game in that near 20 year gap since their last Super Bowl win.
Had he been wittier or smarter he could’ve really clowned this guy with out having to beating him up.
