Although all hope for the season is lost, the Atlanta Falcons still have a chance tonight to get their fifth win of the season if they can take down the San Francisco 49ers on the road amid an emotional atmosphere in Candlestick Park.
After falling behind early, 3-0, the Falcons turned it on and have found themselves some new life in the second quarter.
On their first drive of the second period, the Falcons drove the ball 80 yards in seven plays, and they capped it all off with this two-yard touchdown run from Steven Jackson to grab the 7-3 lead over one of the best teams in the west:

A lot of people expected the 49ers to maybe run away with this one, but the Falcons have showed up tonight with pretty much all the fight they have left in them for the final two weeks of the season.
As of right now, the score still stands at 7-3 and the Falcons are driving once again.
