2014 NFL Draft compensatory picks: Full list announced

The 2014 NFL Draft is still more than a month away, but we are just now learning the list of compensatory picks that have been handed out to teams around the league. Compensatory picks are for free agents “determined by a formula based on salary, playing time and postseason honors. The formula was developed by the NFL Management Council. Not every free agent lost or signed by a club is covered by this formula.”
This year, the Pittsburgh Steelers get the highest compensatory pick with the 97 overall pick – which falls in the third-round.
A total of 32 picks were given out. to 13 teams. The Baltimore Ravens and New York Jets each received the most amount of picks with four a piece.
