Ty Lawson is not happy with Cleveland Cavaliers getting no. 1 pick
By Hayden Kane
Somehow, someway the Cleveland Cavaliers once again won the lottery and will have the first overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft.
While they’re happy in Cleveland, many others around the league are not impressed with the fact that the Cavaliers have the no. 1 pick for the second year in a row. For example, ESPN analyst Bill Simmons took the news hard. Shortly after the lottery concluded, Denver Nuggets point guard Ty Lawson also took to Twitter to express his displeasure with the results.
Haters or not, I have to believe everybody is shaking their head at the fact that Cleveland somehow won the lottery again.

As for Lawson’s Nuggets and the rest of the league, they are all left to speculate about what Cleveland will do with that pick and see where things fall after that. Denver will select with the no. 11 pick; given the depth in this draft, they ought to be able to add a quality player in that spot even if it isn’t a franchise-altering guy like those at the top of the lottery.
Will the Nuggets or any other team in the back of the lottery try to make a move? The trade rumors will be swirling in the next month for one of the more highly anticipated drafts in years.
