Already facing a year-long suspension from the NFL for another failed drug test, it was best that Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon just keep his nose clean going forward.

Well, he failed at that, too.
According to a report from WKYC.com, Gordon was issued a speeding ticket over the weekend. That’s not the bad part, however. The bad part is that the passenger that was in the car with him was issued a citation for possession of marijuana, the same substance that has Gordon facing a year away from his job without pay.
"In addition to his speeding ticket, Gordon’s passenger was issued a citation for possession of marijuana in an amount under 200 grams during the traffic stop. The marijuana was found in a blue bag with identification, and Gordon’s passenger admitted it was theirs on the scene."
Coming off a year in 2013 for the Browns where he was not only the most productive wide receiver in the league, he was able to be the best despite what could be argued was the shakiest quarterback situation in the entire league.
With the team now hoping to rebuild under new head coach Mike Pettine and offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan, Gordon needed to take on the responsibility of being one of the leaders of this organization.
And just like his drug tests, as well as keeping himself out of trouble, he’s failing.
