Kevin Durant, The Game Settle Beef Over $20,000 Bet
Oh, those pesky folks at TMZ, always stirring up trouble. Earlier on this week it appeared that there was some major “beef” between rapper The Game and Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant. The Game was quoted as saying Kevin Durant owed him $20,000 on a bet for a made three-pointer from beyond the NBA line.

Well, fret no more as The Game took to the same Instagram account that started it all to clear the air. He made it very clear that this was all TMZ’s fault and that there was no more “beef” between him and Durant. The Game posted the following via his Instagram account:
"Had a conversation with @easymoneysniper this morning & we both agreed that there was a miscommunication between the middle party which was “TMZ” & that the way the camera man presented it to him was as if he bet me $20,000 cash which wasn’t the case…. We agreed that if I hit the 3 point shot he would get KD gear & his kicks for all the kids in our@froggallstars organization which is close to 130 children…. 130 kids at a price of maybe $150 a shoe & gear after tax equals close to $20,000 give or take so that’s where that # came from."
It became officially over after Kevin Durant reposted the same on his Instagram account, because no real beef is over until it’s social media official, right?
At least the kids in The Game’s basketball program are going to ultimately benefit from all of this, getting shoes and equipment from one of the most charitable players in the NBA today.
