Going to Atlanta seems to make a lot of sense for Flowers if for no reason other than he may not find work elsewhere. The bottom line is this isn’t a veteran’s league anymore as we’ve seen titans of the game pushed to the side and left unwanted in the past. Brian Urlacher and others are examples of this and while Flowers may think he has a lot left, the Falcons may be his best and only option moving forward.
