The Miami Heat are in a position no one thought they’d be in as they’re currently down 3-1 to the San Antonio Spurs and have been pushed up against the ropes in a way we didn’t see coming. To add to the heap of troubles the Heat are having, it appears that hope is being lost in the worst of ways before Game 5.

More from LeBron James

LeBron James spoke about how the Heat have been playing against the Spurs and basically said that the team Miami has to beat is impossible to stop. He didn’t outright say that, but he did mention that no matter what the Heat do or how prepared they are for exactly what the Spurs throw at them, the scoring just doesn’t come to an end.

Some may view this as LeBron throwing in the towel — and it’s dangerously close to that — but it takes a strong player to admit defeat before it even comes. LeBron and the Heat are not out until they’re out as you don’t have a roster like they do and give up with a game left in the series. But the Heat are down in a bad way and not in a good place which is something highlighted by LeBron’s depressing view on the series.
