Korea is well noted as being the home market for smartphone giant Samsung. The company though, still doesn’t allow Korea to receive the same products as other parts of the world at times. With the Samsung Glaxay S5 however, the Korean company has launched an even more powerful version of their flagship phone.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE-A comes packed with has a 5.1-inch screen and an extremely sharp QHD (2560×1440 pixel) resolution. With those specifications, the Korean version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 is the smartphone with the highest pixel density on the market.
Although LG’s new G3 smartphone has the same resolution, with a larger screen, the pixel density doesn’t come in as impressive.
The revamped Galaxy S5 is also the first device to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset. With that technology under the hood, the Galaxy S5 should be able to handle 4K playback, as well as games, with ease.
Also a selling point of the new Samsung Galaxy S5, the LTE-Advanced protocol can handle download speeds up to 225Mbps.
Samsung kept the rest of the Galaxy S5 standard to what many consumers are already used to, including the 16 megapixel camera as well as Android 4.4.
Currently, the advanced version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 is only being sold in Korea. While others around the world would most undoubtedly like to get their hands on the technology, they will have to wait for now. Regardless, the improved features on an already introduced phone gives consumers some insight as far as what to expect next from Samsung.
