There was some news on Saturday afternoon that had everyone shaking their heads in disappointment and that was the fact that Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon was arrested in the state of North Carolina on charges of driving while impaired.
At first, there was some speculation as to whether or not it was indeed the NFL wide receiver that had been taken into custody, but upon further investigation, it was found that it was the troubled wide receiver that had gotten himself into hot water once again with the law.

Just this past week Gordon had been told that the hearing for his appeal on a year-long suspension that was handed down to him would be taking place this month, but it seems as if that will be the least of his worries at the moment. Now, any sort of future for him in the NFL at all going forward could be in jeopardy.

Prior to the second round of the NFL Draft getting underway, it was announced that Gordon had failed another drug test, which resulted in the ruling of the year suspension. But there were some that thought he would have a chance at winning the appeal and getting that sentence reduced.
Not anymore.
