Denver Nuggets Rumors: Mike Miller to visit this week
By Josh Hill
Mike Miller has had a pretty interesting career up to this point but it’s a career that is showing no signs of slowing at all. He may not be the young man he used to be and he looks a lot older than he actually is, but Miller still knows how to stroke the three-pointer and that’s the most valuable skill to have in the NBA.

He’s a free agent this summer and while he won’t be returning to the Miami Heat — simply because he’s not allowed to — there are other teams showing an interest in him and those teams seem to be all over the map in more than one way.
According to John Martin from 92.1FM in Denver, the Nuggets are going to be visiting with Miller this week and are now among the list of teams interested in possibly bringing him on this upcoming season.
"As he waits out free agency, Grizzlies’ free agent Mike Miller will visit the Denver Nuggets Sunday and Monday, a source told 92.9 FM ESPN Saturday morning."
Denver is trying rebound from a pretty awful season in 2013-14 and so far they’ve been doing an alright job of rebuilding themselves with smart draft picks and interesting trades. Adding Miller to the mix can only make the Nuggets better next season but the question is does his addition help make the Nuggets into contenders?
It’s possible, but a team like Oklahoma City is far closer to contending and is also showing an interest in Miller which means if he has to choose the best situation then Denver might not be it.
