Scarlett made some eye-popping moves on the field on Tuesday with some jaw-dropping moves that fans in Coral Gables hope to see plenty of over the next three-four years. His impressive Tuesday began by running a 4.3 in the 40-yard dash in the SPARQ testing early in the day, the fastest time of the day.
He is the nation’s No. 97 overall recruit regardless of position, No. 10 running back and No. 17 recruit in the state of Florida and this is a taste of what’s to come for Miami fans.

Scarlett originally committed to Florida Atlantic before decommitting on June 27 because he didn’t think he was ready to put a program on his shoulders so he opened up his recruitment and the in-state Hurricanes pounced on him in the hopes he can step in and contribute as a true freshman in 2015.
With 2014 commit Joseph Yearby in the picture and fellow 2015 recruits in Dexter Williams and Mark Walton, the Hurricanes have the makings of a talented and deep running back unit to help fill the big shoes of Duke Johnson who likely heads to the NFL after this coming season.
Scarlett becomes the 20th commitment for Al Golden’s 2015 class that currently ranks as one of the top-1o classes in the nation, according to the 247Sports team rankings.
