Young is accused of attacking five people on five different occasions during a two month span inside of a medical treatment center in Los Angeles.
TMZ.com adds that the person Young is accused of attacking on July 8 was his own attorney.
"The L.A. County District Attorney has charged the former Detroit Lions prodigy with 1 count of felony battery and 4 counts of misdemeanor battery for an alleged reign of terror that began in May.According to the docs, 24-year-old Young attacked both men and women. Cops say his first attack took place on May 28th. He struck again on June 1st … then June 26th … July 1st … and again on July 8th.Officials say the most serious attack was on July 8th … when Titus allegedly KO’d another man who had to be hospitalized. Young was charged with felony battery for that attack."
As previously noted, the July 8 attack was against his attorney.
It is unfortunate to see how far Young has fallen since entering the league as a promising wide receiver, but it is clear that he was mentally unfit to play in the league.
At this point, as hard as it may be to admit for many people, the best place for Young is behind bars.
He has not been able to get his life together and he is a threat to himself and innocent people.
If Young is found guilty of his latest charges, he will face several years behind bars.
