The Cleveland Browns backfield is already more talented than it was a season ago thanks to the additions of free agent signing Ben Tate and third-round pick Terrance West. However, they may have another quality player at running back.

According to a little nugget from FOX Sports, the Browns believe that they have “a keeper” in undrafted free agent Isaiah Crowell.
Crowell started off his college career as the AP Freshman of the Year while playing for the Georgia Bulldogs. It was clear that he had plenty of talent and a bright future ahead.
Unfortunately, Crowell was dismissed from Georgia after a drug charge.
Crowell then began rehabbing his image at Alabama State, which was his final stop before leaping to the NFL.
One big mistake nearly derailed Crowell’s career, but he seems to have gotten back on the right path and he is pushing forward towards making the most out of his talent that made him one of the most promising stars in college football.
That mistake led to a loss of millions of dollars as he fell to the undrafted ranks, but it may have been a blessing for the Browns.
With three talented running backs in their stable, the Browns could be set up to find success on the offensive side of the ball even without star wide receiver Josh Gordon for the year.
