Jamaal Charles juke move literally breaks ankles of Chiefs teammate
Jamaal Charles is one of the best running backs in the NFL and his speed, acceleration and agility are on par with some of the greats to ever play the position. Unfortunately, Kansas City Chiefs safety Sanders Commings knows all too well about the “ankle-breaking” moves he has.

During practice on Wednesday, Commings was in space and tried to corral the Chiefs leading rusher and receiver from a year ago and went down in a heap after Charles unleashed a move that would be tough to pull of in Madden.
Adam Teicher of ESPN tweeted a play-by-play of sorts to describe the scene at Chiefs camp.
Commings must really hate training camp because the 24-year-old former fifth round pick broke his collarbone last year during training camp.
I’m sure he wishes Charles held out a bit longer than he actually did so he wouldn’t have suffered another injury in the preseason.
Next time you see Charles out in the open field, keep a look out for the defenders ankles, because they literally could be broken with a shifty little juke from Charles who will be the first overall pick in a number of fantasy football drafts this year.
