If you base everything just off of training camp so far, you can easily go out of your way to say that Steve Smith is not doing a very good job at making friends. On Sunday, Smith was involved in his second altercation while on the field of play, this time with cornerback Chykie Brown.

According to a report from the Ravens website, Brown was actually the one having a rough day, even being booted from practice at one point by head coach John Harbaugh. Not long after he returned to the practice field is when the incident took place.
"Brown was only out of practice for about five minutes. He returned to the field, talked with Harbaugh and made a couple nice plays.“I brought Chykie right back out, and the thing I loved about it was he responded with a great practice and played really well,” Harbaugh said. “To me, that’s a sign that he’s going to be just fine.”It wasn’t long until Brown got into another scuffle, however, this time with wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. The two were engaged in a physical blocking drill that got a little overly heated. They both started swinging and had to be separated by teammates."
So really, in the end, this one probably isn’t all on Smith’s shoulders, rather Brown was having a really bad day, and Smith just happened to get caught up in the middle of it.
