Following the assault, Molitor told The Oklahoman the day after the incident that Mixon had punched her in the face one time. “He broke my face in four places,” Molitor said then. “My nose, my sinuses … they’re broken.”
Molitor plans to sue the former five-star recruit who was the highest-ranked recruit in the Sooners’ 2014 class, but is also fearful of what may come from a rabid fan base should she take action against a high-profile football player.

“That’s my big fear (the fans),” Molitor said. “I’ve been told to stay off of social media to avoid (OU fans) coming after me on there.” Molitor continued, telling the paper that she hopes the running back “goes to prison for years.” “That’s what he deserves,” she said. “I don’t care if he’s the star running back or not.”
Mixon’s attorney, Kevin Finlay, claims Mixon acted in self-defense when he broke the victim’s face that required extensive surgery to repair the damage.
Ogle also reported that Molitor is not being charged in this incident.
Mixon has been held out of practices as the investigation continued.
