The Cleveland Browns head coach Mike Pettine decided earlier this week that Ohio native Brian Hoyer will be the starting quarterback come Week 1 of the NFL season.

Hoyer beat out the former Heisman trophy winner and first round draft pick Johnny Manziel this preseason to be named the starter. Even though Hoyer won the starting job, all eyes are still set on Manziel and when he will get his chance to play in the regular season.
Apparently, even the Cleveland Browns themselves have been focusing more on Manziel, or at least their pro shop has. According to Darren Rovell of ESPN, the Browns official website does not offer an adult Brian Hoyer jersey unless it is custom made, which costs an additional $50.
While this sounds unbelievable, it is actually the truth. Check out the screenshots of their website below:
As you can see, the top of the page is littered with Johnny Manziel jerseys of all shapes, sizes, and colors. As for Hoyer, you will need to do some scrolling only to find out that his jersey is only offered in youth size amidst jerseys of players that are no longer on the team such as Josh Cribbs and D’Qwell Jackson.
Any Browns fan hoping to sport the jersey of their starting quarterback this season will need to shell out $150 in order to get a custom made version of a Hoyer jersey.
