The Ray Rice situation has finally gotten to the level it should have been at months ago, as the NFL has suspended Rice and he has been released by the Ravens. All of this comes after footage of Rice beating his wife surfaced thanks to TMZ and the reaction has been swift.

More from Baltimore Ravens

It’s not just the league reacting harshly to the new footage, it’s fans as well. No one stands for domestic abuse and everyone with half a conscious is using this opportunity to denounce abuse and disown Rice. One bar in Maryland is taking a  pretty aggressive stand against Rice and are paying fans to distance themselves from him as much as possible.

No Idea is a bar in Federal Hill and they’re offering patrons $10 in free drinks if they bring in their Ray Rice jerseys to be thrown away.

This is the sort of reaction that is popping up all over the place as no one wants to be in any way associated with Rice and for good reason. He sucker punched a defenseless woman, which is something that no one can or is willing to defend.
