The Baltimore Ravens will play their week 2 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers under unique and challenging circumstances. Speaking strictly in football terms, their defense will be at a slight disadvantage in this one.
For the second week in a row, the Ravens will be without top cornerback Lardarius Webb. According to the team’s Twitter account, Webb is once again listed among the Ravens’ inactives:

Baltimore has an interesting blend of young talent and veteran players on their defense. That unit has a chance to be strong this season, which they will likely need to be given the limits they have on the offensive side of the ball. They will not be able to fully assess the quality of their secondary, however, until Webb is back in the fold.

The Ravens already have their work cut out for them with the Steelers’ receivers: Antonio Brown‘s abilities are well-established by now, and Markus Wheaton was impressive in his first career start last week. That work will only be made more difficult without Webb.
Baltimore is coming off a tight loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in week 1. As for the Steelers, they escaped against the Cleveland Browns with a late victory in week 1 and will try to make it two division wins in a row.
