Nobody will ever suggest former Minnesota Vikings punter Chris Kluwe is one to hold his tongue.

Case in point, Sunday morning when Kluwe decided to take a shot at the San Francisco 49ers, specifically head coach Jim Harbaugh.
Kluwe, who is rather active on social media, re-tweeted a link from CSN Bay Area reporter Matt Maiocco which suggested Harbaugh has no tolerance for domestic violence. Of course, on the San Francisco 49ers active roster and scheduled to play on Sunday night against the Chicago Bears is defensive end Ray McDonald who is currently dealing with such allegations.
That lead to the following from Chris Kluwe.
In fairness to both Jim Harbaugh and the San Francisco 49ers, it has been stated that if McDonald was to be convicted of the domestic violence allegations, he would be released. However, understandably the San Francisco 49ers want to let the situation play out from a legal standpoint before making any decision regarding McDonald’s future with the organization. Kluwe took some heat for his comment and did state that the legal process should be something that does come in to play, though gave the following response to those who questioned his stance.
How say you, FanSided? Fair or foul? Was it a fair shot on behalf of Kluwe, or should he have kept his mouth shut?
