Les Miles is 9-0 as the head coach of LSU Tigers in games against the Mississippi State Bulldogs, but his success against the SEC west foe hasn’t stopped Miles from showering Saturday’s opponent with some praise.

Dan Mullen has his team at 3-0 and travel to Tiger Stadium to take on the 3-0 Tigers on Saturday night where not many opponents have had much success over the years, but Miles believes Mullen’s team should be ranked based on their play this season, especially from quarterback Dak Prescott.
When the latest top 25 polls were released on Sunday, the Dawgs were nowhere to be found despite three convincing wins and Miles thinks the voters got it wrong.
#LSU coach Les Miles: Talented Miss St team, should easily be a ranked team. i can't imagine they are not.

Part of the reason why he thinks they are a talented team that should easily be a ranked team is Prescott who is coming off a game against South Alabama where he threw, ran and caught a touchdown pass for the third time in his career. Miles believes he’s one of the best quarterbacks in the SEC.
Les on Miss State QB Dak Prescott: "As good a player as there is at his position in our conference."

Les again on Dak Prescott: "he's strong. He's a guy that stands back in the pocket, knows what he's looking at."

He is more that just an effective passer and his best trait may actually be his rushing ability after leading the Bulldogs in rushing as well as passing last year. At 230-pounds, the Louisiana native is tough to bring down.
Les on Dak: "He carves through the ground very quickly. When you go to tackle him, you better hit him hard."

Is this just a classic case of coachspeak or do you agree with Miles’ assessment of Mississippi State that they should be ranked as one of the top 25 teams in the nation?
