Clemson DT Grady Jarrett calls FSU QB Jameis Winston ‘disrespectful’

The top-ranked Florida State Seminoles should get their biggest test since their 34-31 victory over the Auburn Tigers in the BCS National Championship Game when they host the 22nd-ranked Clemson Tigers on Saturday night.

These two teams met in Death Valley last year in a top-five showdown. The Seminoles absolutely destroyed the Tigers, defeating them 51-14 in their first major statement to the rest of the country.

During the game, Seminoles’ quarterback Jameis Winston was the best player on the field, completing 22-of-34 passes for 444 yards with three touchdowns, one interception and another touchdown on the ground.

Winson returned to Clemson with the Seminoles’ baseball team in March. He took a picture of Clemson’s stadium and added the caption “Our house.”

Tigers’ players are not very happy about the tweet. Defensive tackle Grady Jarrett called it “disrespectful.”

“It’s a guy that wants to make it about him,” Jarrett rold reporters via Mike Huguenin of NFL.com. “He wants it to be about him. We’ll let him have that, and it’s a team game.”

“It’s going to be in the back of our minds,” senior safety Robert Smith said.”I’m never going to forget that. He apologized and all that, but you’re going to have it in the back of your mind.”

That should add a little more intrigue to Saturday night’s game.
