With more and more data available to evaluate the NFL as a whole, certain trends will begin to reveal themselves throughout the league. In the initial installment of our NFL Power Rankings series breaking down the divisions, there were clear divides throughout, but with only one-game samples on which to evaluate, this is a highly fluid situation.

This week, there has been a great deal of upheaval based on the Week 2 action, and as a result, fans of certain teams and/or regions may not be thrilled with the proceedings. Alas, that is par for the course in the big-boy world of the NFL, and without further ado, let’s break down the divisions, beginning with the basement and rising toward the penthouse.
