Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys are looking to build off an impressive win against the Tennessee Titans this past weekend that saw marketable improvement on the defensive side of the ball while the offense tallied 26 points.

The Cowboys travel to St. Louis this weekend to take on the injury plagued Rams as both teams look to improve to 2-1 on the season. With only a few days of practice left before the game, reps are critical for the first team to produce come Sunday.
Unfortunately for the Cowboys, Tony Romo was forced to sit out practice today due to tightness in his back according to head coach Jason Garrett.

Romo was able to go through the team’s walkthrough, but he sat out of practice for seemingly precautionary reasons. Considering the injuries Romo has played through in the past, his performance should not be affected much by back tightness this Sunday.
Garrett and the Cowboys expect Romo to be back at practice full-fledged tomorrow. If Romo is unable to suit up tomorrow, that may indicate his status is uncertain for Sunday’s game.
